It is meant to encourage small, everyday acts of self-care. It is not tailored to your personal health, circumstances or needs.
02Not medical or mental health advice

04When to seek professional help
Self-care can support your wellbeing, but it isn’t always enough on its own. Please speak with a doctor or qualified mental health professional if you:
- feel low, anxious, stressed or overwhelmed most days, or for more than a couple of weeks;
- find it hard to sleep, eat, work or manage everyday life;
- have a diagnosed condition, or are taking medication or receiving treatment;
- are pregnant, recovering from illness or injury, or have any health concerns;
- are unsure whether an activity is right for you.
Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website.
05Physical activities
Some suggestions involve gentle movement, such as stretching, yoga-style poses or walking. Please:
- move only within a comfortable range and at your own pace;
- stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort;
- check with a health professional before starting if you have an injury, health condition or physical limitation;
- choose safe surroundings, especially when walking outdoors.
You take part in any activity at your own risk.
06About planner suggestions
The self-care planner creates suggestions automatically, using only the goal, available time, activity types and time of day you choose. It does not know anything else about you, your health or your circumstances.
Suggested activities and durations are general ideas. Feel free to skip, shorten or change anything so it suits you.
07No guarantee of results
Everyone is different. While many people find small self-care habits helpful, we can’t promise any particular outcome, such as reduced stress, better sleep or improved mood, from using MindWell Care or following its suggestions.
