MindWell Care is a self-care and wellness website at mindwellcare.store. It offers a self-care planner, daily activity suggestions, a personal wellness journal and gentle daily reminders. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MindWell Care, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the website.

02Information we collect

Information you choose to send us

When you contact us, your message is sent from your own email app. We receive what you include, typically:

• your name and email address;
• the topic and content of your message.

Information that stays on your device

The self-care planner and wellness journal save your plan, checklist progress, journal dates, moods and entries in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. We cannot see, access or recover it.

Technical information

Like most websites, when you visit, your browser automatically shares basic technical details with the servers that deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider may record these in standard server logs to keep the website running securely.

03How we use information

We use the limited information we receive only to:

• read and reply to your messages, questions and feedback;
• improve the website, its activities and its tools based on your suggestions;
• keep the website secure, working properly and protected from misuse;
• meet our legal obligations.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t build profiles about you.

04Data stored in your browser

The planner and journal use your browser’s local storage so your plan and entries are still there when you return. Please keep in mind:

• Entries are saved only in the browser and device you used. They don’t sync to other devices.
• They are not encrypted and are not backed up by us.
• Anyone using the same browser profile on that device may be able to see them, so avoid writing anything private on a shared device.
• Private or incognito browsing may not keep entries after you close the window.

How to delete this data

• Use “Clear Checklist” in the planner, or delete individual journal entries or “Clear All” in the journal.
• You can also clear this website’s data in your browser settings, which removes everything at once.

05Cookies

MindWell Care does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics cookies. The browser storage described above is used only so the planner and journal can work for you.

06Third-party services

To run the website, we rely on a small number of trusted services:

• Web hosting: our hosting provider stores and delivers the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs.
• Google Fonts: our typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which means your browser shares your IP address and browser details with Google when the page loads. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
• Email: messages you send us are handled by your email provider and ours.

These services process information under their own privacy policies.

07When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it when necessary:

• with the service providers listed above, so the website and email can work;
• if required by law, regulation or a valid legal request;
• to protect the safety, rights or property of our users, the public or MindWell Care.

08How long we keep it

We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as required by law, and then delete them. Information stored in your browser stays there until you delete it or clear your browser data. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period according to its own policies.

09Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or ask us to limit how we use it;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, please contact us. Because planner and journal data never reaches us, you can view and delete it yourself at any time on your own device.

10Children’s privacy

MindWell Care is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. However, no website, email service or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information saved in your browser is protected only by the security of your own device, so we recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.

12Health information

MindWell Care provides general wellness ideas. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or services. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll make that clear on the website.
